DDA launched 3 new housing schemes on 19 August, i.e. Rakshabandhan. DDA plans to sell about 40 thousand flats in these three schemes.
DDA officials said these three housing schemes are being started for the people of Rakshabandhan. Brochures of these schemes have been uploaded to the official website of DDA since today. Scheme Launched On First Come First Serve Basis
DDA has launched this housing scheme on a first-come, first-served basis, in which cheap houses will be built for low-income people. These flats are being built in Sirsapur, Rohini, Lok Nayak Puram, Ramgarh Colony, Narela, LIG, and EWS flats, whose starting price is Rs 11.5 lakh.
DDA Middle-Class Housing Scheme 2024
DDA has also introduced this scheme on a first-come, first-served basis. HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS flats will be built in Lok Nayak Puram, Jasola, and Narela, and their prices will start from Rs 29 lakh.
Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024
DDA has launched the Dwarka Housing Scheme through e-auction. The scheme includes Sectors 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka, MIG, HIG, and High Category flats. The starting price is Rs 1.28 crore.
