This announcement has been made in a statement issued by Air India. With this service, Air India has become the only Indian airline to connect India and the Philippines.

Air India’s new flight service will be available in three classes: Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class. Passengers will enjoy comfortable seats, enhanced in-flight entertainment, and advanced service.

The Philippine government has recently facilitated visa-free entry for Indian tourists for up to 14 days, making it easier for Indians to travel to popular destinations such as Boracay, Palawan, and Cebu. Air India’s new flight will make this facility more accessible.

Trade between India and the Philippines is expected to reach US$3.53 billion in 2023-24, nearly double the level in 2015-16.
