This video is from Madrid, Spain; this incident happened last Tuesday (12 September). The news is that the person who misbehaved with the woman and the journalist in the video has been arrested.
According to Sky News, journalist Isa Balado was reporting live on a robbery in Madrid for Channel Cuatro when a man approached her—and started touching her inappropriately, which made her uncomfortable. The viral video shows how this man placed his hand on the woman’s body from behind and asked her which channel she worked.

However, amidst all this, female journalists continue their reporting. Seeing this, the host hosting the program from the studio is surprised, and finally, he asks Isha, “Forgive me for interrupting you… but did he touch your butt?” The female journalist says yes in an uncomfortable situation. The anchor gets angry at this and says, please bring that man in front of me on camera.
