According to reports, he now intends to build a mega estate. On which 15-40 crore dollars will be spent. After its construction, its price will be 1 billion dollars (about 83 billion rupees).
A guest house, maid house and a vast swimming pool will be built in their new house. From here, the parks to be built on the banks of the Atlantic Ocean will be visible. According to a report, Kenneth’s spokesperson, Zia Ahmed, has confirmed this. He has cited Florida’s policies for building such an expensive house. Kenneth started renting this property 10 years ago. $450 million was invested in fees, real estate and teardowns. The residence on Blossom Way would initially be used by Kenneth’s mother, Catherine Gratz Griffin. After this, it will be used by Kenneth. By then, he will take retirement.
Kenneth’s new house will be approximately 50 thousand square feet. He already owns many expensive properties. Owns about $600 million.
