ISIS Terrorist Rizwan Abdul Haji Ali Reveals, There Was A Plan To Carry Out Blasts In Delhi

Rizwan Abdul Haji Ali, a member of the Pune module of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), who was arrested by the Special Branch of Delhi Police last Thursday night, has made shocking revelations during interrogation. According to police sources, Rizwan was busy preparing a new module in Delhi after the Pune module was caught. Apart from this, he was preparing to carry out explosions in Delhi. He is also an expert in making L-shaped IEDs.

Who Used To Help Rizwan In Making Bombs?

According to NDTV, the handlers used to send bomb-making methods to Rizwan in PDF files on Telegram. He was in direct contact with ISIS commander Faratullah Ghori and had also taken training in controlled IED blasts in Pune.

After the Pune module was caught, he hid in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Rizwan was working to establish ISIS in India and was trying to attract college youth towards him.

Rizwan Joined ISIS At The Age Of 23

Interrogation revealed that Rizwan joined ISIS at the age of just 23. During that time, he was taken into custody from the Jamia area. The police had sent him to a reformatory home to prevent him from becoming a terrorist. Still, after coming back from there, he remained in contact with ISIS from the Jamia and Daryaganj area.

On Thursday night, the police arrested him near Tughlaqabad Biodiversity Park on Ganga Baksh Marg.
