LPG Cylinder Became Expensive Again, New Prices Came Into Effect From Today

LPG Cylinder Price Hike: The price of gas cylinders has increased once again, this time by Rs 39. This new rule will come into effect on September 1, i.e. today.

According to the information, oil marketing companies have revised the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders. However, it is a relief that the price increase has been implemented only in Delhi and not the whole country. The price increase happened only in commercial gas cylinders instead of domestic ones.

The Delhi retail price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder is Rs 1,691.50 today. The increased prices have now come into effect.

It Was Reduced By Rs 30 In July

Let us tell you that earlier on July 1, oil marketing companies announced a cut in cylinder prices to provide relief to businesses and commercial enterprises. On July 1, the price of commercial gas cylinders was reduced by Rs 30. From July 1, the price of commercial gas cylinders in Delhi became Rs 1,646.

There Was A Reduction Of Rs 88.50 In June and May

On June 1, a month before July, the price of a commercial LPG cylinder was reduced by Rs 69.50. After this decision, the selling price became Rs 1,676. In addition, on May 1, 2024, the cost of a commercial gas cylinder was reduced by Rs 19. The prices of LPG cylinders change at the beginning of every month, which shows the dynamic nature of the adjustment market.

This Is The Reason For The Change In Gas Prices

Prices change due to international oil prices, taxation policies, and other reasons, including supply demand. The reason why the prices were increased this month has not been disclosed. However, oil marketing companies are responsive to macroeconomic conditions and markets.
