Users of the Apple iPhone have been waiting for 5G support for a long time.
With the new iOS 16.2 update, the company has said that 5G cellular support has enabled the new iPhone 14, iPhone 13, iPhone SE and iPhone 12 series. Users of these iPhones can take advantage of this through Airtel and Jio 5G service.
Since the launch of 5G services on October 1, telcos have expanded their 5G services to 50 Indian cities. These companies include Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio. Most Android phones have started getting updates from their original equipment manufacturers. At the same time, 5 network for Apple users is available only for iOS 16.2 beta users.
5G Service Now Available On iPhone
To check whether you have received the update, go to the phone’s settings and click on General. As soon as you click on this option, you will get the software update option; tap on it. After updating your phone to iOS 16.2, you will have to enable 5G service on your device manually; your Apple iPhone model will not automatically help 5G as soon as the phone is updated.
After updating the phone, you have to go to the phone’s settings and click on mobile data options in mobile data. After this, you will see the voice and data option; as soon as you click on this option, you will see options like 5G and 5G Auto.
