600,000-Year-Old Stone Came To Ayodhya From Nepal; The Ram Statue Will Be Made!

Speculation about Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir has been going on for a long time. The construction of this temple has been going on for many days. Finally, the inauguration date has been announced. According to sources, the main gate of this temple will be opened before the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. Devotees have been waiting for this for a long time. The idol of Shri Ram in this temple will be made of Shaligram stone from Nepal. Other precious rocks and stones are also being used.

Stones From Nepal Reach Ayodhya

It is known that this Shaligram stone of Nepal was brought from the valley of Kali Gandaki river flowing through that region. From there, two huge stones weighing 30 tons were brought to India. Both rocks are about 6 lakh years old. The idol of Ram is yet to be made. So, for now, those two idols will be worshiped as Bhavya. Former Deputy Prime Minister of Nepal Vimlendra came to India from Nepal at the time carrying the stone.

The stones weigh 18 and 12 tons, respectively. They are 6 and 5 feet high, and both stones are 4 feet wide. But why is this old stone being used? First, you need to know that this Shilagram stone is believed to be an avatar of Lord Vishnu. And this stone is found only in the Gandaki river valley. There the water of various rivers coming from the Himalayas breaks these rocks.

In addition, the researchers examined and reported that about 33 types of animal fossils were found in this rock. Moreover, it is believed that this stone has the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi. So Lord Ram and Mata Lakshmi’s idol will be made from that stone. According to further information, on Makar Sankranti next year, Shri Ram will be worshiped at that stone by all rules.
