NCL Recruitment for 270 Posts
Northern Coalfields Limited has announced recruitment for 270 Assistant Foreman (Trainee) positions for young people with technical qualifications. These positions will be offered at projects in Singrauli and Sonbhadra. Applications will be online, and selection will be based on a computer-based examination. Positions include electrical, mechanical, and E&T trades. Candidates must be 10th-grade graduates with a diploma or a BE/BTech in the relevant trade. Age relaxation will also be provided. Selected candidates will receive attractive salaries.
Teacher Recruitment Rules Changed in Bihar
A major change has occurred for candidates preparing to become teachers in Bihar. The Bihar government will no longer conduct the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET). To teach classes 1 to 8, candidates must now pass the CTET, conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education. This will require some students to take a more rigorous national-level exam, but a single exam will allow them to apply for both state and central recruitment.
New Recruitment System in Madhya Pradesh
The government recruitment process in Madhya Pradesh is set to change. There will no longer be a need to take multiple exams for different positions. Under the new system, the Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board will conduct the eligibility test annually. The scorecard will be released on the website, and departments will recruit based on that. This will make the selection process faster, easier, and transparent. Candidates will save both time and effort, and recruitment can be completed within a few months.
