Chandrayaan-3 is now very close to a soft landing on the Moon. Two days ago, Vikram Lander separated from the propulsion module of Chandrayaan-3. During this, the lander captured some pictures. There is also a picture in which the Earth is visible from the surface of the Moon. These new pictures released by ISRO are amazing because a telescope has captured an image of Earth from so close to the lunar surface for the first time.
Indian Space Agency ISRO (ISRO) completed the deboosting process on Friday. ISRO has said in the latest update that the lander module is in good condition. All systems are operating normally. At the same time, Pragyan Rover has also reached near the Moon. The lander module will now be deboosted next time on August 20.

Vikram Lander sent some special pictures during deboosting on Friday (August 18). ISRO has shared this in its latest tweet. The minimum distance of Vikram Lander from the Moon is 113 km, and the maximum distance is 157 km. On August 20, Vikram Lander will be deboosted for the second time. The lander Vikram is estimated to be just 100 kilometres from the Moon.
According to the update released on August 18, 2023, its distance from the Moon was only 113 kilometres. After the next boosting, this distance is estimated to be reduced to 24 km. After this, there will be a wait for the 23rd, when India will create history through the Chandrayaan-3 mission.
