Indian Wrestling Federation has a new President today. Sanjay Singh, close to former president Brij Bhushan Singh, has been made the new President of the Indian Wrestling Federation. After making Sanjay Singh the President, there was resentment among the wrestlers. After Sanjay Singh became the President, wrestlers Sakshi Malik and Bajrang Punia held a press conference.
During this time, Sakshi Malik became very emotional during a press conference. Sakshi Malik said that she had protested against Brij Bhushan Singh Sharan for about 40 days, but now, if someone close to her has been made the President of the Indian Wrestling Federation, I will leave wrestling.

Sakshi Malik said in the press conference that we had demanded a female president, but our demand was not fulfilled. If the President of the Indian Women’s Wrestling Federation is a woman, then no one will be harassed. Not a single woman has a position in the Wrestling Federation. This fight of ours will continue; we had fought with full force earlier and will continue to fight in future. For this, young wrestlers will also have to come forward. Sakshi Malik cried bitterly after announcing her decision to quit wrestling in the press conference.
