Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL), a company of the Adani Group’s power vertical, has an enterprise value of $18.5 billion. According to a report, the company’s profit before tax is expected to grow by 29 per cent annually over the next three years due to strong business growth. AESL has a great portfolio that includes a smart metering business. A global brokerage firm, Cantor Fitzgerald report, said that AESL has an enterprise value of $18.5 billion. What Does The Company Say?
The company believes AESL offers growth unlike any publicly traded utility/energy company in the US, Europe, or Asia. We estimate that the company’s total revenue will grow at an average rate of 20 percent per annum from the previous financial year (2023-24) to the financial year (2026-27), and adjusted interest and tax depreciation will grow at an annual rate of 28.8 percent.
In comparison, the revenue of other competitors is growing in the low single digits and EBITDA in the medium single digits. According to the report, AESL is growing much faster than its competitors, and they believe that AESL is a more diversified business.
The Company Is Also Focusing On The Gas Vertical
Gautam Adani has raised funds to expand the business of his Adani Total Gas Limited company. According to the information, ATGL has raised $375 million, i.e. Rs 3131 crore, from global lenders to expand its business. The first fundraising of $375 million executed with international lenders includes an initial commitment of $315 million with a line of credit to raise commitments, the company said in a statement on Friday.
