Esther Victoria Abraham is known to most people as ‘Pramila’. Esther was born on 30 December 1913. Since childhood, she has loved dancing and acting. She was also very active in modelling. She had decided to get married at the peak of his career. Esther married Syed Hasan Ali at the age of 23. This was Esther’s first marriage, while Syed was already married. After marriage, Esther was pregnant when she participated in the Miss India contest. She already had four children and was about to give birth to her fifth child during the competition. At that time, Esther was only 31 years old. She had worked in more than 30 films in such a short career. Esther won the first Miss India pageant title in 1947.
