According to a report in Hindustan Times, the actor named this apartment after paying a huge amount of Rs 17.50 crore. The area of the flat is 1916 sq ft, and it is on the second floor of the Siddhi Vinayak building in the society.
Kartik’s mother, Mala Tiwari, also lived on the eighth floor of the same building and had done the transaction on June 30 on behalf of her son. The actor has paid Rs 1.05 crore as stamp duty. Kartik’s luxury apartment has parking space for two cars.
