Seeing the situation escalate, IndiGo Airlines also responded. A representative named Twinkle from IndiGo responded to the post, writing, “Hi, we’re sorry for this. Please give us some time, we’re checking it. Also, please send us your contact details and PNR number in DM.” The airline’s response clearly indicated that they were taking this technical glitch seriously.
