But the funny thing is that the personnel have given a befitting reply to their boss. The letter replying to the notice has gone viral on social media.
Chief Engineer GS Bairwa surprisedly inspected the office on July 14. CA II Ajit Singh, posted in the IA office, was not found on the seat at 9.45 am. His signature was not on the attendance register. The chief engineer had issued a show cause notice after Ajit Singh was found absent. On July 17, Ajit Singh replied to the notice to the Chief Engineer.
That’s Why I Don’t Come On Time; I Got Suspended
In response to the notice, the personnel has written that you do not come on time. That’s why I also do not arrive on time, and he also presented this answer to his officer. After which, it reached back to the chief engineer. On this also, the Chief Engineer has sent a letter to the Managing Director of JVVNL. Indiscipline action has been recommended against Ajit Singh.
Chief Engineer Bairava says that after getting such a reply, I have sent that letter to the MD of JVVNL. On which the MD will also decide on action. Ajit has been suspended, considering indiscipline for not responding to the notice.
Answer Within The Ambit Of Indiscipline
Chief Engineer GS Bairwa said that about 12 departments are running under him. Had a surprise inspection on July 14. About 50 personnel were found absent in this. Personnel Ajit Singh was also notified for not coming to the office on time. This notice was given to him by the delivery personnel today itself.
On this, using even more indecent language, he wrote such a reply to the notice. I got this answer. I reported to higher authorities for action. When I did a surprise check, Babu Ajit Singh, the audit department’s commercial assistant, reached the office by 9:45 am on July 14. He gave his answer today when he was given notice in this regard. Which, in my view, comes under the purview of indiscipline.
