He has reduced his weight by taking training with a proper trainer. Anant Ambani’s fitness trainer is training many stars.
In this, he gives training and diet plans to big stars like John Abraham, Shilpa Shetty, Ayushmann Khurrana and Riteish Deshmukh. Vinod Channa is the name of his fitness trainer.
According to Vinod Channa, Anant Ambani has lost weight using only natural methods to lose weight. As Anant has asthma, he is started on medication. As a result, he gained weight, and his body was slowly becoming obese.
Apart from five to six hours of daily exercise and a 21 km walk, Anant’s diet plan was prepared after knowing his condition.
Anant was doing 5 to 6 hours of daily exercise. He was not given any sugar for a year and a half. He was given healthy fat, protein diet.
The trainer had initially asked Anant to take up cycling. And then said exercises like pushups, burpees, and planks. He was exercising for hours at night.
He was being given sugar-free food in the diet plan. Along with this, cow’s milk was included. He has reduced his weight by drinking cow’s milk.
He exercised from 9 to midnight. Sometimes he works out till 4 o’clock. Slowly he started losing weight.
Anant was meditating more and more. The diet consisted of sugar-free foods, fruits, cheese and vegetables. Besides this, cow’s milk and soup were also part of the diet.
