Ihsanullah Does Every Ball Close To 155kmph
These days the 8th season of the Pakistan Super League is being played in Pakistan. In which more than one exciting match is being seen. On February 15, a game was played between Sarfaraz Ahmed’s team Quetta Gladiators and Mohammad Rizwan’s team, Multan Sultans.
In which 20-year-old Ihsanullah destroyed the entire batting of Quetta Gladiators while bowling at his fast pace. Ihsanullah took five wickets for 12 runs in 4 overs in that match.
Earlier, he had taken two wickets in the match against Lahore Qalandars. Ihsanullah’s biggest asset is his consistent 150-plus speed and proper line length. Currently, he is the highest wicket-taker in the 8th season of PSL. He has taken 12 wickets in 4 matches at an impressive economy of 5.87. Many times the speed of his balls has also gone up to 155kmph.
Reached PSL After Fighting With Difficulties
According to ESPN Cricinfo, Ihsanullah has faced many difficulties playing cricket. He was born in Arcot, a small village hit by severe floods in 2022. His house was also washed away. But he did not give up and continued playing cricket.
Ihsanullah was called by former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif to Islamabad for trial. Ihsanullah got entry into the Pakistan Super League under the talent program ‘Kamyab Jawan Sports Drive’ of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
He got an offer to play for PSL’s three franchises Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans and in the year 2022, Multan Sultans took him with him. Last year he was able to play only two matches. In the 7th season of PSL, he bowled only one over and was out due to injury.
The kind of brilliant bowling that Ihsanullah is bowling. The day is not far when he will be seen wearing the Pakistan jersey and wreaking havoc internationally with his fast bowling.
