Rishabh Pant Injury Update, Medical Bulletin: A big update related to the injury of Indian wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant has come to the fore. Max Hospital in Dehradun has issued the MRI report of his brain and spinal cord. Apart from this, the medical bulletin has also shared information about his injury. Pant was seriously injured in a horrific car accident near Roorkee in Uttarakhand on Friday morning.
MRI Report Normal
MRI scan of Pant’s ‘brain’ and ‘spinal cord’, i.e. brain and spine, has been done. The hospital has issued its report. However, there is nothing to worry about for the fans. MRI results of Pant’s brain and spine are normal. However, he has undergone plastic surgery to repair his facial injuries, wounds and scratches.
Multiple Injuries
Rishabh Pant suffered injuries in many places in the car accident. Due to pain and swelling, the MRI scan of his ankle and knee has been postponed till tomorrow, i.e. Saturday. Doctors at Dehradun’s Max Hospital have given him an ‘above knee splint (for suspected right knee ligament injury) and right ankle ligament injury’. The hospital issued the medical bulletin on Friday evening. It has been said that Pant’s condition is stable, and he is fully conscious.
Medical Bulletin Released
In the medical bulletin issued by the hospital, it was told that Pant had several scratch marks on his right hand and leg. There were wounds on the forehead and near the eyes. Apart from this, there were also many scratch marks on the back. The accident happened early on Friday when Pant was going by car to meet his mother at his home in Roorkee. He wanted to surprise his mother, but before that, he met with an accident in Roorkee.
Pant Was Conscious After The Accident
It is being told that his car, badly damaged in the accident, hit the divider on the road. Later it caught fire. Pant was initially taken to a local hospital – Saksham Hospital Multispeciality and Trauma Centre. He was then treated for his injuries before being taken to Max Hospital in Dehradun. He reached the hospital at around six in the morning.
