Like any other Apple Store, Apple Saket is carbon neutral and uses 100% renewable energy.
Like Apple BKC, the iPhone maker has also attempted to ‘Indianize’ its other outlets. According to the company, Apple Saket draws inspiration from the many gates of Delhi, each gate representing a new chapter in the city’s history.
Apple Saket will also have a ‘Genius Bar’ where customers can book hands-on technical and hardware support appointments. According to Apple, ‘the Genius Bar appointment can help with everything from setting up the device, receiving an Apple ID, selecting an AppleCare plan or modifying a subscription.
Apple Saket has a highly skilled team of 70 people who hail from 18 Indian states and speak more than 15 Indian languages. Interestingly, half of this workforce will be women.
Interestingly, Apple Saket is almost half the size compared to Apple BKC, so the outlet pays almost the same rent. As per documents shared by CRE Matrix, Apple is spending Rs 40 lakh per month for its Saket store, while the company will pay Rs 42 lakh per month for its Mumbai store.
