Meta Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg announced on April 18 a new version of its artificial intelligence chatbot, Meta AI, powered by Llama 3, the company’s latest large language model.
Mark Zuckerberg announced this new AI version through his WhatsApp channel: “With this new model, we believe that Meta AI is now the most intelligent AI assistant you can easily use.”
He said, “This updated version will also be available on Meta’s suite of apps, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger, as well as on hardware like Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses.
