Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced Samman Nidhi for farmers on Wednesday. Under this, Rs 2000 will be sent to the farmers’ accounts. He announced the transfer of Rs 21 thousand crore during a program in Yavatmal.
In the last 5 years, 11.8 crore farmers have benefited under Kisan Samman Nidhi. Rs 2.81 lakh crore has been transferred through this scheme. PM Modi gave the benefit of the 16th instalment of PM Kisan Yojana to about 9 crore farmers. Apart from this, he also held talks with the farmers.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar were also in the program. Everyone thanked PM Modi for working on various schemes for farmers, poor, women and youth. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said the last decade has been a golden period for India.

Rs 6,000 is sent to the farmers’ accounts through the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. This amount is transferred to the farmers’ accounts in three instalments. Today, PM will transfer Rs 2-2 thousand to the accounts of farmers.

- After this, click on the link on the homepage and enter your registration number or Aadhaar number.
- Then, fill in the captcha and click on ‘Get Status’.
- Now, the status of your payment will appear on your screen.
- Take the help of the PM Kisan mobile app.
- First, download the PM Kisan Mobile App from Google Play or Apple App Store.
- After this, enter your registration number or Aadhaar number.
- Now enter OTP and click on ‘Login’.
- Then click on ‘Beneficiary Status’.
- After this, the status of your payment will appear on your screen.
