Important Update for Paytm Customers – Many Services Will Stop Tomorrow

Paytm Payments Bank Deadline: This is an important update for Paytm Payments Bank customers. If your account is also in Paytm Payments Bank, then know that after March 15, you will not be able to avail of many services. According to RBI guidelines, many user services like money withdrawal, cash transactions, UPI transactions, and Fastag recharge will be stopped forever. However, some services will continue to run.

These Services Will Be Closed From Tomorrow

  1. Paytm Payments Bank will stop deposit and credit transactions from March 15.
  2. Paytm Payments Bank customers can transfer their accounts to other merchant banks.
  3. Users cannot top up the e-wallet of Paytm Payments Bank.
  4. Customers will not be able to transfer money through UPI and IMPS.
  5. Paytm Payments Bank customers cannot recharge their Fastag after March 15.
  6. Paytm Payments Bank users cannot receive money from other users in their accounts.
  7. Investors will not be able to do market transactions through Paytm Payments Bank.

This Service Will Continue To Be Available

  1. Even after March 15, Paytm Payments Bank customers can withdraw money from their account or wallet.
  2. The balance present in Paytm Payments Bank can also be used for merchant payment.
  3. The balance of Paytm Payments Bank Fastag can also be used.
  4. The balance amount present in Paytm Payments Bank’s wallet can be transferred to another bank account.
