On Saturday, people of many cities, including the national capital, Delhi, received a new inflation shock. CNG prices have increased in many cities since then, increasing the pressure on the pockets of common people.
This Much Increase
According to an official statement, the prices of CNG, i.e., Compressed Natural Gas, have increased from 6 a.m. on Saturday. The price of CNG has been increased by up to Rs 1 per kg. This increase will affect the retail prices of CNG in many cities of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan, including Delhi-NCR.
Latest Rates Of CNG In Delhi-NCR
According to the statement, after the latest increase, the retail price of CNG in Delhi has become Rs 75.09 per kg. Earlier, CNG was being sold in Delhi for Rs 74.09 per kg. In cities like Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad, which adjoin Delhi, the price of CNG has also increased by one rupee per kg. In these three cities, the cost of CNG has increased from Rs 78.70 per kg to Rs 79.70 per kg today.
Prices Are Stable In These Cities, Including Gurugram
Changes have been made in the prices of CNG in many cities. If we look at Delhi and its surrounding towns, the prices of CNG have increased from today in almost all places except Gurugram and one or two others. In the case of Gurugram, no change has been made in the retail prices. Apart from Gurugram, there has been no change in the prices of CNG in Karnal and Kaithal.
CNG Prices Also Increased In These Cities
Talking about other cities, from today, the prices of CNG have also increased in Rewari of Haryana, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar and Shamli of Uttar Pradesh and Ajmer, Pali and Rajsamand of Rajasthan. The cost of CNG in Rewari has now increased from Rs 78.70 per kg to Rs 79.70 per kg. Similarly, in Meerut, Muzaffarnagar and Shamli of Uttar Pradesh, the price has increased from Rs 79.08 to Rs 80.08 per kg. Meanwhile, in Ajmer, Pali, and Rajsamand of Rajasthan, CNG will now be sold at Rs 82.94 per kg instead of Rs 81.94.
