New Driving License Rules Will Be Implemented
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has announced the implementation of new transport rules from June 1. After the change in the rules, the requirement to take an RTP test to get a driving license has been abolished. Now, anyone can go to the nearest driving test centre and take the test. The central government will authorize these centres.
In addition, if a person is caught driving without a license, he will be fined up to Rs 2,000. Also, if a minor is caught driving, the car owner’s license will be cancelled, and the minor will not be given a license until age 25.

Aadhaar Card Update
UIDAI has set June 14 as the deadline for updating Aadhaar for free. You will not have to pay even a single rupee if you update your Aadhaar online on the My Aadhaar portal by June 14. However, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50 to update Aadhaar by visiting the centre.
