Why Did He Appear In Sultanpur Court
A defamation case is going on against Rahul Gandhi for his alleged objectionable remarks against Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The case was registered in 2018 based on a complaint filed by BJP leader Vijay Mishra. The complainant’s lawyer, Santosh Kumar Pandey, said that Rahul Gandhi had used derogatory words against Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Bengaluru on May 8, 2018, after which BJP leader Vijay Mishra filed a defamation case in Sultanpur.
Case Registered For Comment During Election Rally
This case was filed in the District and Sessions Court of MP-MLA Court Sultanpur on August 4, 2018. Rahul Gandhi allegedly commented during an election rally in Bengaluru during the Karnataka elections. Thirty-one to thirty-one cases have been registered against Rahul Gandhi nationwide to harass him.
