On behalf of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, under the Assistant Professor, Librarian and Physical Training Instructor (College Education Department) Examination 2023, the Rajasthan General Knowledge question paper examination will be organized at 7 district headquarters from 12 noon to 2 pm.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission Secretary Ramniwas Mehta said the examination is conducted at 602 centres at Bharatpur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Jaipur, Kota, Jodhpur and Udaipur district headquarters. To maintain confidentiality during the examination. Internet will remain closed tomorrow from 11 am to 2 pm in Ajmer, the district headquarters of Ajmer division. 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G internet services will remain closed, but SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other social media services will remain temporarily suspended.

1 Lakh 98 Thousand Candidates Registered For The Exam

One lakh 98 thousand candidates have been registered for the examination. The examination districts of the candidates have been allotted. Also, admit cards have been issued. Candidates who have not downloaded the admit cards should download them immediately. He said the admit card can be downloaded through the admit card link on the Commission website by entering the application number and date of birth. Admit cards can also be downloaded from the Recruitment Portal link in the Citizen App by logging on to the ISO portal.

Candidates must reach the examination centre one hour before the commencement, i.e. at 11 am. Candidates will also have to appear carrying the original Aadhaar Card with them. Without the original photo identity card, entry into the examination centre will not be allowed.

Candidates Will Be Given Admission Only After Scrutiny

Candidates will be allowed entry only after verification at each examination centre to ensure confidentiality, fairness and security. Personnel associated with the examination will also not be allowed to enter the centre with mobile or any other electronic gadget. Two videographers will be appointed per examination centre for videography of the examination. Videographers will videotape sitting on their roll number in every examination class, and every stage of the examination will be videographed.

Formation Of A Vigilance Team For Every 6 Examination Centers.

The District Collector has constituted a vigilance team for the six examination centres. A team of three members, officers of Rajasthan Administrative Service, Rajasthan Police Service, and a district education officer-level educationist, have been appointed.

Additional Superintendent of Police has been appointed as the nodal officer for the entire police arrangement of the examination centre in the concerned district. The transportation of examination material at the examination centres and from the district headquarters to the Commission office after the examination will be under strict security arrangements.

During the examination, the police force will monitor the surrounding area, and if necessary, computers, laptops, and communication devices will be checked. Two invigilators have been appointed for every 24 candidates at the examination centres.

At the government examination centres, 50 per cent of the invigilators have been appointed from other government institutions and at the private examination centres, 75 per cent of the government invigilators have been appointed at the level of collector and coordinator with the requirement of one government invigilator in each examination hall. For this, teachers have been appointed by allotment through computerized randomization.
