Educational Qualification For IRCTC Recruitment
Candidates should have 3 years Graduation Degree in Tourism from any recognized University or Institute or 3 years of Bachelor’s Degrees in any stream + a 1-year Diploma in Travel & Tourism.
Candidates should have a graduate degree in any stream from any recognized institute or university. Also, 2 years Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Travel and Tourism should be there.

Salary Received For IRCTC Recruitment
On selection of the candidates, Rs 30,000 or Rs 35,000 will be given as salary. Plus Daily Allowance: 350/- per day onboard train (100%) for more than 12 hours, 70% for 6 to 12 hours and 30% for and less than 6 hours, National Holidays Allowance (NHA): Rs.384/- per National Holiday (if worked), Medical Insurance: Rs.800/- per month (reimbursable on submission of valid documents) and Lodging Charges: Rs. 240/- is available.
