The Indian team, led by Hardik Pandya, is on a tour of New Zealand, where the T20 series is to begin on November 18. Before the series, the captains of India-New Zealand got a photoshoot done, which is being discussed a lot.
Team India captain Hardik Pandya and New Zealand captain Kane Williamson got a photoshoot done near the Sky Stadium in Wellington. This photo shoot is special because both the captains were seen reaching the photo shoot on a special rickshaw.
Hardik Pandya and Kane Williamson sat together on this rickshaw and drove it themselves. After this, both reached the T20 trophy, got a photoshoot done on the stadium side, and laughed.
The rickshaw on which Hardik-Ken got the photoshoot done is called Crocodile bike. It is used when friends and family go out for a walk in the pleasant climate of New Zealand. It is quite popular.
Seeing this picture, the fans remembered another picture, when the opening ceremony of the 2011 ODI World Cup was held in Dhaka. Then the captains of all the teams also came riding in a rickshaw, although it was a cycle rickshaw which was quite popular in the Indian subcontinent.
Let us tell you that both teams reached the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup. England defeated India in the semi-finals, while New Zealand’s team lost to Pakistan. In the end, England became the winner of the T20 World Cup.
Team India has to play 3 T20 and 3 ODIs in New Zealand. T20 matches are to be played on 18, 20, and 22 December, while ODI matches are to be held on 25, 27, and 30 November.
