His shot length ball, the batsman made up his mind to play his favourite pull shot. But the pace and bounce of his ball got dodged. The ball hit the bat and remained in the air.
Wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik and bowler Mohammed Siraj ran to catch the ball in such a situation. However, the contact between the two players was not good, and they collided. After which, the ball hit their hands of Siraj and fell to the ground.
