You Will Get Such A Big Screen Size

A report by The Elec claims that Apple is working on a foldable smartphone with a larger display. The report says that the inner screen of this alleged book-style foldable could be around 7 to 8 inches, specifically between 7.6 and 8.4 inches. If this is true, then this device could be Apple’s first foldable smartphone or tablet. The report also claims that the Apple foldable could be launched by 2026 or 2027.

The Device Will Replace The iPad Mini.

The roomier size of Apple’s foldable smartphone could replace the iPad Mini, which was refreshed in 2021 and features an 8.3-inch Liquid Retina IPS LCD screen. Currently, its starting price in India is Rs 49,900. The 2021 iPad mini is equipped with the in-house A15 Bionic chipset. It is available in 64GB and 256GB storage variants and pink, purple, Starlight, and space grey options.

An earlier report claimed that Apple is working towards upgrading the iPad Mini with an OLED display. It is also likely to have a larger display than the current model. The screen of the iPad mini, which could be launched in 2026, could be 8.7 inches, which is 0.4 inches larger than the current iPad model. However, it is still being claimed that it will be able to retain its iPad status as the smallest.
