Nikam explained that after his arrest, Kasab claimed to be a fan of Amitabh Bachchan and had come to Mumbai to meet him. Even the show’s host, Amitabh Bachchan, was surprised to hear this. The team of “Prahaar: The Untold Story of Ujjwal Nikam” arrived for the special episode of “Kaun Banega Crorepati 18.” Rajkummar Rao and Vamika Gabbi also accompanied Nikam on the show. While discussing the 26/11 case, Bachchan asked Nikam why it took nearly four years to hang Kasab. Bachchan asked, “He should have been buried right there.
Why did it take so long?” Nikam then recounted the story of his first meeting with terrorist Ajmal Kasab in court. He said, “When Ajmal Kasab came to court, he was staring at me, and I was staring at him.” Nikam explained that during the trial, Kasab made several claims regarding his arrest and identity. According to the lawyer, Kasab initially claimed that he was not arrested in connection with the 26/11 attacks. He said that he was arrested from Juhu Chowpatty on November 6th.

A Statement Attracted Attention
Ujjwal Nikam recalled another alleged statement by Kasab. He said that the accused had told him that he had come to Mumbai to see Amitabh Bachchan. Nikam told Bachchan, “You will be surprised what he said next.” He said he had come to see Amitabh Bachchan. This really happened.” To this, Amitabh Bachchan replied, “No, no, sir, if he had come, he wouldn’t have left our house. We would have shot him right there.”
