- Potatoes – 2 (large and boiled)
- Gram flour – 1 cup
- Curd – ½ cup (whipped)
- Tamarind Chutney – ¼ cup
- Green Chutney – ¼ cup
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Black salt – as per taste
- Roasted cumin seeds – for garnishing
