After this, people getting H-1B visas can go to America and do jobs or any other work. The US authorities have announced the launch of a pilot program for visa renewal or new applications.
American authority says that giving H-1B visas to 20 thousand people will start in January next year. Currently, only people from India and Canada can apply for this. The H-1B pilot program application will be submitted to the Department of State. People can apply only from January 29 to April 1, 2024. The department will investigate the renewal of domestic visas. Regarding this, the department has decided that all the applicants should, under all circumstances, submit all their documents by April 15, 2024.
Know When The Window For Application Will Open
The department will take 4 thousand applications every week regarding H-1B visas. Of these, 2 thousand applications will be accepted from India and 2 thousand from Canada. Also, only those people who have recently obtained H-1B visas from their respective countries will be included in this process. For this, windows will be opened by the department on January 29, February 5, February 12, February 19 and February 26. If any Indian wants to extend the validity of H-1B visa, he can apply on these dates.
