He said that he would use it when there was a possibility of danger on the Russian territory.
The Russian President said this is like a message to Western countries that they cannot defeat us at the political level. He said that we were already negotiating with our ally Belarusian President Lukashenko that we would send a part of nuclear weapons to the territory of Belarus, and we did so.

Vladimir Putin said that we had sent only the first part of the nuclear weapon to Belarus earlier, but by the end of the year, we would install the whole part in Belarus.
