Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has launched its first electric car SU7. Last year, the company shared information about launching this electric car in 2023. Now Xiaomi has also revealed the price and features of this electric car. The company gave information about electric vehicles at the event held on March 28. With this model, Xiaomi has entered the world of electric cars.

Xiaomi’s Electric Car Design

Xiaomi SU7 is a four-door electric sedan. The company has launched this car in four variants. These four variants are the entry-level version, Pro variant, Max version, and Limited Founder Edition. This car has 19-inch Michelin alloy wheels like the standard vehicles.

Features Of Electric Car

Xiaomi revealed the features of its model SU7. The company said that the top speed of this sedan is 265 kmph. This car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 2.78 seconds. This car can cover a distance of 810 kilometres on a single charge. Its limited Founder Edition, available with dual motor, is even more special. This model can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 1.98 seconds. Its powertrain generates power of 986 bhp.

Xiaomi also provides an ultra-fast charging facility in this car. The company claims that this car has been given 486V architecture, allowing it to cover a distance of 350 kilometres with 15 minutes of charging. With 871V architecture, this car can cover a distance of 510 kilometres with just 15 minutes of charging.

Xiaomi SU7 Price

The starting price of Xiaomi’s electric car has been kept at 2,15,900 Yuan, which, when converted into Indian currency, becomes Rs 24.90 lakh. The cost of the SU7 is less than that of the Tesla Model 3 sold in China. Along with the car’s launch, the company said they will deliver it to customers this month. This car has already been placed in many showrooms in China, which has attracted many customers to buy the car.
