In fact, the Indian team arrived in the Sri Lankan capital late Friday night ahead of their T20 World Cup 2026 match against Pakistan on Sunday, February 15th. The team had defeated Namibia in New Delhi on Thursday.
The Indian team was given a grand welcome in Colombo, accompanied by traditional music and dance.
