Mukesh Kumar, the fast bowler of the IPL franchise Delhi Capitals, has got engaged to his friend Divya. Mukesh, a resident of Bihar’s Gopalganj, may dismiss batters with his fast bowling in the field, but in regular life, he was so injured by Divya’s eyes that he decided to make her his life partner. Mukesh, who was bought for 5.50 crores in the auction for IPL 2023, got engaged with Divya in a private hotel in Gopalganj.
Mukesh’s relatives said that the marriage date had not been fixed yet, but there is a possibility that both will tie the knot after returning from playing IPL. Divya Singh, a resident of Chhapra, Bihar, will become the life partner of Mukesh Kumar Singh. Close people were invited to a function organized during Mukesh and Divya’s engagement.
Fast bowler Mukesh joined the India-A team for the Ranji Trophy last year-2022 and performed brilliantly with the ball. After a better performance, he joined the India team this year. However, he has not yet got a chance to play in the final 11. In the IPL auction, Delhi Capitals made Mukesh a part of the team for five and a half crores.
According to Mukesh’s family, Divya Singh is a resident of Chhapra and is also being told a close friend and relative of Mukesh. People from both families also participated in the engagement program.
