Some news is coming: Garena is preparing to launch Free Fire India. According to the latest Economic Times report, Garena will bring a Free Fire server in India to launch Free Fire India. Garena plans to install Free Fire’s gaming servers at the premises of Yotta Data Services located in Navi Mumbai.

This report states that Garena is working with Yotta to install the Indian server of Free Fire in Mumbai. For this, there is talk of testing the gaming performance so that players do not have to face any hindrance during the e-sports gaming tournament. ET reports that Garena has confirmed the soon launch of Free Fire India for them.

Free Fire Was Banned in 2022

Let us tell you that after the ban of PUBG in India, Free Fire was a big help for gamers playing Battle Royale games because It could run even on phones with low RAM and low performance. In contrast, gamers needed a phone with a good processor for other games like Call of Duty to play without interruption. Due to this, Free Fire became quite popular, but the Government of India banned it in 2022.

However, before that, Garena launched Free Fire Max, an upgraded version of Free Fire. The Free Fire gamers have been playing the same game to date, but now it seems that Garena is giving its Indian gamers a special Indian version of Free Fire. This version, i.e., Free Fire, will give India a gift.
