Today is the second day of Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Assam. PM Modi visited Kaziranga National Park in Assam today. He also took an elephant ride in Kaziranga National Park during this time.

Giving information, an official said that PM Modi reached Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve in Assam on Saturday morning. Here, he rode an elephant and jeep.

According to the official, Prime Minister Modi first rode an elephant in the Mihimukh area of the Central Kohora range of the park. After this, he also enjoyed a jeep ride in the same range. Kaziranga National Park Director Sonali Ghosh and other senior forest officials accompanied the Prime Minister.

Will Inaugurate The ‘Statue of Valor’

The Prime Minister had reached Kaziranga on Friday evening on a two-day visit to the state. The PM will also inaugurate the 125-foot-high ‘Statue of Valour’ of famous Ahom General Lachit Borphukan in Jorhat today.

Let us inform you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of projects worth about Rs 18,000 crore during his two-day visit to Assam. Also, he will address a public meeting here.
